Series Overview

Everywhere Jesus walked, people were changed. Over and over, the Gospels reveal a flesh-wearing God who wasn't preoccupied by where He was going, but was fully present to the people He encountered along the way. In this series, kids will encounter a Jesus who is fully loved yet unfathomably powerful. They will encounter a Jesus whose words command nature to obey, whose compassion for the hungry crowds compels Him to do the impossible.

Lesson 1

Jesus demonstrates His power over creation when He commands the wind and the waves to be still, and they obey!

Jesus Calms the Storm

Lesson 2

Jesus shows compassion to the people in the crowd, healing those who are sick and feeding thousands from just five loaves of bread and two fish.

Lesson 3

Bartimaeus—who is blind—shouts out to Jesus from the roadside where he sits begging for money. Jesus asks what Bartimaeus needs then restores his eyesight.

Lesson 4

Jesus walks on water across the Sea of Galilee toward His disciples and calls Peter to join Him, showing that He really is the Son of God!
